He was a native of Campbell, Texas, and an appliance repairman. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force and was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. Survivors include his wife, June F. Sprinkle of Alexandria; three sons, Greg Sprinkle of Lafayette, Warren Sprinkle of Natchitoches and Gary Sprinkle of Oklahoma City, one daughter.

Sherry Brown of Willis, Texas; one brother, Raymond Sprinkle of Tacoma, three sisters, Floyce Willis of Chelsea, Letta Harrell of Parsons, and Lorene Patton of Tacoma, and eight grandchildren. Woods, 92, of Manuel, Texas, died at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday in St. Luke Hospital, Houston, Texas. She was a native of Pollock and a member of Parkview Baptist Church. She was a retired telphone operator and a member of the Telephone Pioneers.

Survivors include two daughters, Charlsie Franklin of Manuel, Texas, and Kathryn McCusker of Alexandria; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Mrs. McDonald, 55, of Natchitoches died Wednesday morning in her residence. She was a native of Natchitoches and a homemaker. MANSURA Avoyelles Parish Sheriff's Lt. Patrick J. Jeansonne died Tuesday from injuries suffered in a one-car accident Monday on Spring Bayou Road. Jeansonne, 41, of Marksville was alone in a 1981 Pontiac on Spring Bayou Road around 7:10 p.m. Monday when he lost control of the car, ran off the road and crashed into a tree, according to state troopers.

He died at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in Rapides General Hospital, Alexandria. Services for Jeansonne will be at 11 a.m. today in the chapel of Escude with the Revs. David Trimbur and Bill Provosty officiating.

Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery No. 1, Marksville. John Blackstone Jr. Services for John "Johnnie" Blackstone Jr.

will be at 7 p.m. today in Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. Cullen Washington officiating. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Garden of Memories under direction of Good Shepherd.

Blackstone, 80, of Alexandria died at 6:30 a.m. Saturday in Southfield Care Center, Lecompte. He was a native of Alexandria and a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. He was a Rapides Parish educator for many years. Survivors include his wife, Bertha Blackstone of Alexandria; four sons, Leon Blackstone of Bainbridge, Joseph Blackstone of Poughkeepsie, N.Y., V.

Wayne Blackstone and Maurice J. Blackstone, both of Bronx, N.Y.; four daughters, Sarah Blackstone Lloyd of Alexandria, Marilyn Blackstone of Mt.
