Hi gemma ! Hope you are good … I have tried lots of ur recipes …… I tried banana and rolled oats chocochip cookies and i have tried it in 180 degree for 20 min and it turns raw so i put it another 20 min in 250 degree celcies so it turns better so is it my otg’s issue ? Is it diffrent for otg baking m making buttery shortbread tomorrow.
