Crumbl is looking for a dynamic Corporate Counsel to join our legal team. In this role, you will play a key part in facilitating transactions, ensuring compliance with both state and federal laws, and helping to mitigate risk effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities
Preparing legal documents and policies
Negotiating and drafting agreements with vendors and other third parties
Drafting disclosure documents and related materials
Designing the company’s policies and position on legal matters
Protecting the company against legal risks and violations
Examining the legal issues related to new products and services
Regulatory compliance
Legal research and drafting
Preparing and filing government reports
Reviewing new business relationships with third parties
Administering training workshops
Liability compliance in a variety of areas
Employment matters
Managing outside counsel regarding litigation and other legal matters
Real estate matters and negotiation
Representing the company before administrative or judicial courts
Any other tasks requested by the company
Qualifications
JD; (2 + years’ experience)
Licensed to practice law in Utah
Proven law firm experience
Proven background in corporate law
Franchising, employment, intellectual property, food, and product liability law experience a plus
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Outstanding negotiation skills
Self sufficient
Computer skills (Mac, Microsoft, Adobe)
