How do I access my AT&T prepaid account login? ›

To manage your account from your device or computer browser, go to www.paygonline.com. Enter your AT&T PREPAID Wireless Number and 4-Digit Password, then select Login. Note: The user name is your 10-digit wireless number, and the initial password is set to the last four digits of your wireless number.

To manage your account over the phone, from the home screen dial 611 > select the Call button. If calling from a landline phone, dial 1-800-901-9878.

Use our automated phone service

Call 611 from your AT&T Prepaid phone or call 800.901.9878 from another phone. FYI: There's a $5.00 convenience fee to pay by automated phone system or with an agent. This applies to one-time credit, debit, eCheck, PayPal®, or AT&T Prepaid Refill card payments.

We SIM-lock devices to protect you from fraud and to reduce theft. A SIM lock keeps your device from being used on any other network except AT&T.

If you have a Data Connect plan and you activate a new AT&T Prepaid data plan, you can get one month free service. Once you activate and pay for your first month of service, you'll get the second month free.

If you do not remember your AT&T online account management User ID, try our Forgot User ID/Password? link found on the Sign In page. Select the User ID option, enter your main telephone number, select the Continue button, and then follow the instructions to retrieve your User ID.

To get your AT&T PREPAID account number, call us at 800.901. 9878 (or 611 from your AT&T wireless phone).

If you don't make any payments, your AT&T PREPAID^SM service shuts off 60 days after your balance runs out. Don't want your service anymore?

Can you skip a payment with ATT? ›

The amount you commit to pay must be posted to your account by the agreed-upon date. If you don't pay on the date you've agreed, your service may be suspended immediately, and a reconnection or restoral fee may be charged. Depending on your payment history, some payment methods may not be available.

FYI: You must make a payment within 60 days of your AT&T Prepaid account balance expiration date. If you don't, your account will be canceled and you'll lose your phone number. The best way to keep your account active is to sign up for AutoPay.

If you have not yet paid off your final bill, you would be denied unlocking until all of your financial obligations are complete.

You don't have to complete your installment plan or contract to unlock your device. Make sure you select Yes when we ask if you're deployed military personnel.

Check your AT&T PREPAID^SM account balance by calling 800.901. 9878 or 611 from your wireless phone.

Go to the myAT&T sign-in page and enter your user ID and password in the appropriate fields. Then select Sign in to access your account. FYI: Signing in on your computer? You can also choose Sign in with the myAT&T app to use the myAT&T app on your mobile device to securely sign in.
